So, here is the long-awaited post for the Mini Cinnamons! Been busy with doing this and that but now, I have the time to type some words and make a post! :D
This one is quite easy to make, the cleaning up part is the tedious part.. The dough just required some kneading and resting, just like how other doughs would be normally done. Rolled it out and sprinkled brown sugar with cinnamon. Put raisins halfway or 3/4 over the dough since you’ll be rolling the dough and you don’t want little raisin bits falling off the edges (Yeah, just ignore the holiday-decorated table cloth) ;P

Cut them out depending on what size you want it: I made a regular-sized batch and mini ones! I <3 the minis! It turned out very well, I must say. Brown top and soft & chewy on the inside. While it was in the oven, I can already smell the aroma it has to offer, and let me tell you, it was dreamy!

The Cinnamon Bun on the lower-right of the photo might seem a little odd and stuffed, it’s because it is the end part of the whole roll so it kinda blew up due to the excess dough from the whole batch. So yeah, if you prefer the one that’s on the middle, roll your dough evenly! Haha!
And here are the Minis! Gosh I’m addicted to them! Perfect for cocktails and get-togethers!

Stay tuned for more food posts! I’ll try to post a recipe next time! :D

Yet another Holiday-related post! ;P I bought these boxes last month and I never thought they match for this holiday season! Yey! I just love shopping for baking equipments and adding more stuff to my baking corner. Literally, there is a corner in this house for me to stack up on my piles and piles of pans, cookie cutters, mixers, ingredients, packaging and so much more!

Who likes cinnamon? ME! *raises hand*
Who likes chewy cookies? ME! *raises hand*
Who likes cute cut outs on cookies? ME! *raises hand* (I have 100+ cookie cutter shapes!)

Little Cinnamon Bears shall go inside the box now…
I just find them so cute and so tiny, perfect for gifts or give aways which I made a lot of this past week! :)

This was the best bread I’ve ever made! I had so much fun making it and it was very easy!
I was supposed to roll it out into a square but the dough wasn’t following very much to what direction it was supposed to go, so it ended up being an irregular round/oval/spherical whatever. Doesn’t really matter because I am going to slice it up anyway later.
Sprinkle the cinnamon-raisin-sugar mixture generously on top of the flattened dough.

Slice it up to at least 3 inches thick strips.
Put them on top of each other. You’ll get a long 3-inch thick layers of long dough with cinnamon-raisin-sugar in between each layer.
Slice them to squares this time. Grab the prepared loaf pan and hold it vertically. Start stacking up the square slices from bottom up.
(I wasn’t able to take pictures because my hands were all messy and it will be such a hassle if I go wash my hands, take a picture then get messy again - repeat.)
Pop to oven. Mmm-mmmmm! You can see the bread rising and the sugar melting.

And I got this yummy overly cinnamon-raisin-sugared pull-apart bread!

The next day, it was devoured! xD It was so delicious!

I want to make another one, and try different flavors ;)
Doesn’t matter if it makes you fat! Even Scott Pilgrim loves his bread! xD
